Stilex Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel great in everything you wear from Stilex. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Must be returned in the original packaging (where applicable).

• Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable.

• Returns must be initiated via our Returns Portal or by contacting us at returns@stilex.co.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• We’ll notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If your order qualified for free shipping, and the return causes your order total to drop below the threshold, a shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We offer free exchanges within 30 days.

To request an exchange:

1. Use our Returns & Exchanges Portal or contact us at support@stilex.co.

2. We'll ship your replacement once we receive your original item.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please email support@stilex.co within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

• A brief description of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

🌍 International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. Customs duties and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
